At 18, every person is placed under the continuous care of a doctor and a priest. When a person turns 18, care of that person is safe for the practitioners and is divorced from parents.

The doctor will deal with your mind and body and prescribe medicines. The connection between mind and body is obvious yet mysterious.
The priest will deal with your will and prescribe intentional acts. The connection between the will and mind and body is obvious and not so mysterious.
You are informed that Freud, Science, and God are indispensable and this kind of assistance will help you avoid common pitfalls: depression, alcohol, drugs, smoking, excessive weight, excessive exercise, eating disorders, criminality and narcissism, passive-aggressive behavior, and so forth.

This is what a good pope could have ordered for the Catholic world of 1.36 billion souls, 5,500 hospitals, 16,000 homes for the elderly and patients with special needs, and 18,000 clinics. He could have reordered care. He thinks that the politics of social justice can solve all problems. What a failure he is. If he cared, he would have acted.
