All traffic is stopped on I-80 at Colfax, CA, which is 20 miles from me. No cars or trucks are permitted to move forward to Donner, Tahoe, and Reno. Trucks are parked at my exit and in hotel parking lots. It is like a fire boat hose or train rotary blower is pointed at you. Where do I hibernate? Lower elevation, Placer County.
