The topics are microaggression; ordinariness; interest convergence; social construction theory; differential racialization; intersectionality; a unique voice of color; hypo-descent; idealist; realist; social stratification; hierarchy; capitalism; surplus labor; race; phenotype; ethnicity; ethnic group; primordialism; instrumentalism; pan ethnicity; racism; white supremacy; people of color; genetic elasticity; social/economic class; wealth; and income.

Primordialism is the idea that nations or ethnic identities are fixed, natural, and ancient. Patently false. Hawaii is a perfect example. The Hawaiians came from Polynesia around A.D. 1000 - 1200. Less than 5,000 of pure blood remain, and it is an unalterable fact that the number declines every year.
