Gutfeld is right. I dealt with homeless people in San Francisco for eight and a half years. I asked one homeless man, Ed, who knew my name, why he would not go to a homeless shelter. He said, “I don’t like to be confined by walls.” Not so. He was banned because he fought with other homeless people in the shelters. I watched a homeless woman shoot up between her toes right in front of school. These individuals would not have survived 19th century America.
