Maybe a little more attention for each student, less focus on a few, nay, more attention on teaching the faith and having many priests there would be an answer.

Responsive in matters of religion, and seeming to love books and knowledge, Francis de Sales was sent to the nearby college of Annecy, France, at age eight. Eventually, he became bishop of Geneva. With Jane Frances de Chantal he founded the cloistered Order of the Visitation of Holy Mary in 1610. On the Latin Mass calendar, his day is January 19, and hers is August 21.
