“It’s no secret that Netflix is hurting financially, but that’s what happens when a business bends the knee to a small minority of woke employees instead of listening to the customer. Now that Netflix is desperate to recover its plummeting user base, leadership has decided enough is enough.
“In a stunning reversal from previous woke kowtowing, the media giant has released a new corporate memo taking a hard stance on attempts to silence artistic expression. In fact, the memo goes so far as to encourage employees who take offense to leave the company and find work elsewhere.
“The new culture memo includes a bold statement: viewpoints will not be censored, even if employees consider the content harmful.”

“Anyone looking for a job at Netflix will be greeted with something different when they check out the company's statement on its internal culture. First reported by Variety, Netflix has added a section on ‘Artistic Expression,’ that commits to allowing audience members make their own choices.
“We program for a diversity of audiences and tastes,” the statement reads. “And we let viewers decide what’s appropriate for them, versus having Netflix censor specific artists or voices.”
