Here is a 1/2 hour video on the Flood Mansion that was converted into Convent of the Sacred Heart at 2222 Broadway, which, when combined with Stuart Hall School for Boys next door and Stuart Hall High School a few blocks away, is both a single-sex and coed school, K-12. One of my students is applying. Two boys I knew in high school lived right below the school, and my sister-in-law attended. Mary Mardel, RSCJ, retired teacher/mistress general and interviewee, turned 103 this year.
