The submission of civil authority to the Roman Catholic Church and their separate, peaceful, and mutually beneficial coexistence is what I have always, albeit secretly, believed in. I would pin my hopes on someone, anyone, if he could get his act together, model himself after Catherine of Aragon, and maybe form a powerful alliance of the USA, Britain, and Rome. The current pope needs to resign, and another take his place. We need a theory of governance here and everywhere, a - Catholic monarchical republic - a very beneficent institution, never afraid of itself or any person or entity. If I were ruler of the world, would I impose? Yes, because I am a dirty rotten scoundrel.
