Strait-Jacket was filmed in and around Riverside, CA. Specific locations included downtown Riverside for shopping scenes and the home at 4600 Crestmore Road in Riverside. Studio scenes were filmed at Columbia Studios (now Sony Pictures Entertainment) in Culver City and on a stage at Columbia/Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood.

Crawford worked for Pepsi for almost 20 years.

Miss Baker is the only Hollywood actress with whom I worked. We conducted an investigation of theft. At one time she dated Martin Landau. His picture hung in the Department of Motion Pictures and Television.

• Failed attempts at execution: After she was denounced as a Catholic during the persecution of Diocletian around AD 304, she was sentenced to a brothel. However, guards were unable to move her from her spot, even with a team of oxen. They then tried to burn her, but that failed.
• The final blow: A soldier was ordered to end her life with a sword. Her throat was pierced, but she reportedly continued to prophesy before she finally died.
