“By a vote of 6-3, the justices ruled that the Biden administration overstepped its authority last year when it announced that it would cancel up to $400 billion in student loans.”

Despite this ruling, Biden has forgiven student loans again, $39 billion. It is safe to say that a president may not find a way around, and thus violate, a US Supreme Court decision. He said the decision was wrong.
