The John Sowden House, aka the "Franklin House" or "Jaws House", is designed in a Mayan Revival style, with influences from Art Deco and Brutalist architecture.

I have covered Brutalist architecture before. It appears in modernist Catholic church and Jewish architecture. Same goes for Mayan culture, promoted by the Novus Ordo church.
