The process is usually mostly complete after 28 days. However, the concrete will continue to harden further. One doesn’t pour in the rain. There was a time when leftists were at least intelligent in a way, their ideas were wrong, but intriguing and sometimes formulated in a very interesting way, but nowadays they are only screaming buzzwords like aggressive but stupid parrots (or the sheep of Animal Farm: "Four legs good, two legs bad!").
