According to the outlet [Fox News], Carlos Roberto Diaz [18], together with a 16-year-old juvenile who has not been named, are now in police custody for their alleged connection to shootings in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area. According to Police Chief Johnny Jennings, Diaz is implicated in “brazen crimes,” adding that the alleged offenses “put our community at risk and created a safety hazard for our community.” The criminal counts now facing Diaz include a first-degree murder charge, two charges of shooting into an occupied vehicle, a charge of felony conspiracy to commit murder, five attempted murder charges, two counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, and another count of assault with a deadly weapon intending to kill or cause serious injury.
