pipe bomb explodes

A bomb described by the Sheriff as a makeshift chemical reactive pipe bomb explodes at video mark 8:45. The officer is okay. Suspect is charged with:

• MAKE, POSSESS, THROW, PROJECT, OR DISCHARGE ANY DESTRUCTIVE (statute 790.161.3)
• AGGRAVATED BATTERY ON LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER (statute 784.07.2d)
• CARRYING A CONCEALED FIREARM DURING COMMISSION OF A FELONY (statute 790.07.2)
• ARMED TRAFFICKING IN METHAMPHETAMINES (28 GRAMS TO 200 GRAMS) 2 counts (statute 893.135.1f1b)
• POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE WITH INTENT TO SELL (statute 893.13.1a1)
• MAINTAIN A DRUG DWELLING OR CONVEYANCE (statute 893.13.7a5)

The officer has a deep scar on his left arm. That could be from prior military service or an injury on the job. The powder from the explosive is on the arm.
