Shannon D. Atkins was arrested on last Friday evening during a traffic stop after three bags of white powder, which West Palm Beach police confirmed was cocaine, were found in his possession. Atkins was subsequently charged with possessing cocaine as well as initiating threats in his Facebook post. All persons are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
