All persons are innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. Phil Matier, an investigative journalist for the San Francisco Chronicle, is one of the best reporters in San Francisco. The ABC News reporter and anchors did a good job, no commentary, no speculation. Local news reporters/anchors are the opposites of national bellyachers, who mix news with non-expert commentary. MSNBC, CNN, and The View are the worst.
