A dozen or so foul-mouthed climate crazies block the Nevada highway to the annual Burning Man (festival), impeding hundreds of vehicles, and are taken into custody by the Nevada Tribal Rangers for “trespassing on tribal land”. A protestor did us a favor by filming the misdeeds. Did protestors have their pumpkin cream chai lattes that morning before setting out to disrupt? Uh-huh. Starbucks builds corporate courage.
One expects this in some backward country like Germany or the Netherlands but not here.
