When I worked at the IRS in 2000 and received a call from a taxpayer with my last name, I had to ask my manager if I could talk to the taxpayer. If I ever looked at a taxpayer’s return with no reason to do so, I would have been fired. If I ever looked at the tax return of anyone related to me, a friend, a neighbor, or a famous person, I would have been fired. Dismissal was automatic. I did not violate the law on any of approximately 5,000 calls received. Every one of the calls could have been monitored (listening to what I said, not the tp), and some were. 4th Amendment, US Constitution The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. NSA is National Security Agency. "No one knows when he is being surveiled!"
