Pink noise is fractal. Fractals are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing feedback loop.
A 2012 study in the Journal of Theoretical Biology found that steady pink noise reduces brain waves, which increases stable sleep. A 2017 study in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience also found a positive link between pink noise and deep sleep. Brown noise is hurricane-force wind.

I looked at one issue, abortion.
If a US senator is pro-abortion, he or she cannot be practicing the Catholic faith. A Catholic is required to go to confession at least once a year, and a pro-abortion senator cannot, because a promise not to repeat is exacted in confession, and support of abortion is repeating and ongoing. While I was being arrested, I got a firsthand look at the poor and disgraceful conditions of the Fulton County Jail. It’s worse than you could even imagine. It’s violent. The building is falling apart. Inmates have dug their fingers into the crumbling walls and ripped out chunks to fashion over 1,000 shanks. Just this year alone, 7 inmates have died in that jail. And beyond the crumbling walls of the jail, the streets of Atlanta are far more dangerous than Chicago’s. Seeing the third world state of that jail made me even more determined to run for President and save our country from permanent decline.
