I know that our Lord wants us to be charitable to our neighbors, to love even our enemies. To perform corporal works of mercy for the poor, the imprisoned, etc. However we must also protect ourselves, correct? Not let our nation to be overrun by those who will destroy us. What about the hemorrhaging of money that is destroying our economy? I fear this coming election so much. I do not believe it will be an honest one. 1/29/2024 06:23:27 pm
Hi Laura: I have many resources that I don't post because it would take up so much space, mostly their positive reports touching on what courts are doing to stop fraud in elections. The fact that I don't post positive developments skews my blog a bit, but I want to make people aware of evil so that they can plan how to vote. As for helping people less fortunate, you and I carefully choose. I restricted my giving to trustworthy people and organizations not involved in any in the abortion industry, which is hard to do, because we depend on, for example, telecommunications.
