If Christ can’t love you into the Catholic Church, you need a traditional Catholic priest to scare you into signing on the dotted line. Once there, don’t get too sanctimonious, ‘cuz you’re still a big fat sinner, like me.

Our priest sermonized on Sunday that before you ever receive communion, you’d better have forgiven every person in your life. Tough measures. I saw several leave their pews upon hearing that and go to confession. Yes, our priests are in the boxes throughout most of Mass.
