A priest from Brazil has been kicked out of his parish for saying the Latin Mass. The story is worth reading. This is yet another example of how far modernists will take the issue. We are not in the business of defiance until pushed to the limit.

Pre-conciliar simply means the rubrics followed before Vatican Council II (Oct 11, 1962-Dec. 8, 1965). That council has caused never-ending discord, as if it were the only one that has ever occurred. The first was Nicaea, A.D. 325. Total number - 21?

Modernists are mean as hell. They reflect the meanness in the world. We will not desist or abjure or cave in or relinquish.

Father’s namesake: Pope St. Fabian, one of the earliest casualties of Roman Emperor Decius, died as a martyr on Jan. 20, 250, at the beginning of the Decian persecution, probably in prison rather than by execution, and was interred in the catacomb of Callixtus in Rome.
