The Burisma guy is Zlochevsky, Ukrainian oil and natural gas businessman.

He was Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources July 2010 to April 2012, and deputy secretary for Economic and Social Security of the National Security and Defense Council April 2012 to February 2014.

He is wanted by Ukrainian authorities for attempting to bribe prosecutors to drop all charges against him, and he is the one who has 17 recordings.
