Southern Poverty Law Center targets “Traditionalist” Catholics. Report backs up Anthony Stine (see 2/9/2023). Patrick Henry felt that the Constitution put too much power into the hands of the government and was instrumental in the creation of the Bill of Rights. The First Amendment includes freedom of religion. It’s unbelievable that these people are even interested in us. There’s that paranoid use of the word traditionalist again. We are not traditionalists; we are Catholic, nothing more.

Category: Stale-Fake-News: Michael Matt gives some detail on this in his 2/12/22 video commentary "The FBI (Richmond, VA): Beware of Latin Mass Catholics", at remnant-tv.com , The FBI's internal memo was copied verbatim from a 2006 Southern Poverty Law Center solicitation for funds at a non-Christian religious organization. (The same pattern pertains, as big media copying verbatim, PPFA press releases as "news".) Michael Matt personally attended one of the organization's events, at which the SPLC official "tried to scare some little old ladies" into donating to SPLC because of a perceived threat by 'radical Traditional Catholics' ". A clue that this is the actual origin of the misinformation, is that many, perhaps a majority of the cited, "threatening" organizations are no longer even in existence. Stale-Fake-News.

You're right. Matt and Stine reported on the SPLC and its boogymen.
